Message from
our CEO & Executive Director

Hello, I'm Carmel O'Reardon, CEO and Executive Director of Ashling House. Thank you for considering us as you explore fostering and adoption. I know this journey can be both exciting and challenging, and I want you to know that you’re not alone. Before founding Ashling House, I spent 14 years working as a psychotherapist with foster children and foster parents, which gave me a deep understanding of the complexities and rewards of fostering and adopting.

At Ashling House, we don’t just place children; we help build families with compassion, understanding, and unwavering support. Our experienced team is here to walk alongside you, offering guidance and encouragement every step of the way. We’re more than just an agency; we’re your partners in creating a loving home for a child in need.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or to learn more about how we can help.
